PCA has been in business since 1947 and over the years has gained experience in the collection needs of different businesses. We offer financial soundness as we are fully bonded and insured with the needed coverage to provide you with protection; offering peace of mind to our clients. PCA's goal is to eliminate the frustrations associated with collecting money!
Your accounts will be assigned to a collection representative based on the type of collection to be undertaken and the dollar amount assigned. Once an account is inputted into PCA's collection system, an acknowledgment is sent to confirm the balanced assigned and the name of the account. Next, a letter is generated and sent to the debtor. Within forty-eight hours phone calls are made to all correct numbers. Accounts are called daily, evenings and weekends until contact is made. If an address or phone number is not good, an account is automatically transferred to our CD-Rom skip trace department for location of correct information and/or located by professional and experienced skip tracers.
No collection / No charge - no up front fees, rates are determined on a contingency basis.
Trained & Experienced Collectors - All personnel are trained in State and Federal Laws - along with a pro-active approach on how to be successful collectors.
Use of Credit Reporting Bureaus - we report all unsatisfied accounts to the three major Credit Reporting Bureaus - TRW, CBI/Equifax and Trans Union.
Skip Tracing Services - we locate those hard to find people and collect those hard to collect accounts by searching national databases.
Management Reports - we provide on request, (including but not limited to) the following - debtor status report, recovery analysis report, payment plan report, cancel and return report, conversion report, and actuary report. Other reports can be designed to meet your needs.
Same Day Payment Programs - PCA utilizes Western Unions "Quick Collect", allowing payments to be wired and checks printed in our office within minutes. Payment by phone using an authorized draft that is deposited in our trust account. We also except payments deposited directly into our bank account at any Wells Fargo Branch. In turn we are able to increase dollars recovered.
File Transfer Service - PCA's collection system is easily integrated into any collection program you currently have in place.
